How the Academy works

Blockchain@NTU Academy combines a public learning handbook with a structured cohort experience.

Anyone can use the Handbook at their own pace. Cohort members follow the same learning path with a weekly rhythm, missions, peer learning, feedback and review through the programme platform.

Enter Web3 safely, then build a first-principles map of blockchains, Ethereum, wallets, contracts and the wider ecosystem.

Weeks 5–6 Deep Dive

Build transferable hard skills through six lightweight, reviewable tasks each week in the selected Builder or Researcher track.

Define the PoW while producing an MVP / V1 in Week 7, then refine, validate and ship or publish the final artefact in Week 8.

Read the programme overview.
Complete Week 0: Entering Web3 safely.
Follow the Foundation from Week 1 through Week 4.
Continue into the Deep Dive and then the Proof of Work milestones when your cohort reaches them.

The Handbook contains the full learning material, Foundation Anchor Mission requirements, Deep Dive task requirements and Proof of Work milestone requirements. Cohort operations such as application, progress, submission and review are handled through the Academy programme platform.

The September–October 2026 Foundation Pilot ends after Week 4. Weeks 5–8 are the next full-programme stage, in development for Cohort 1 · January 2027.
